Saigon Tattoo was established professionally by Artist HoaDang in Vietnam at the end of 2008-2014 - 4 branches in Saigon
He also founded Saigon Tattoo in Houston 2012 - 2014
He is also the founder of Houston Tattoo in Houston 2014 - 2018
Artist HoaDang won 12 Tattoo awards at conventions in the United States.
